I have had a Google but can't find the answer to this. We've recently got a Ring doorbell, a battery powered one. When someone presses it, my husband or I will get a notification on our phone - but the other will not! We've worked out that it tends to be the person furthest away from the door who gets the notification. No use at all if one of us is out, and the one who is home doesn't realise that someone is at the door! Anyone know how to fix this please?
