Is this normal? Baby feeding questions EBF

My baby is being EBF and 4 months old. I have just recently noticed that he sounds like he is swallowing multiple times after he comes off me. Is that normal? Is he just collecting milk in his mouth and then swallowing it afterwards? If so why may he be doing that?

He also used to take bottles before when I had to leave him in someone else's care. I have small stash of milk in freezer for when I am out. 2 weeks ago, we went out for date night which was cut short because he has been rejecting bottles. So we had to go back home to feed him. We use MAMs bottle. Yesterday I tried to give him the bottle again, the freezer milk he just pushed out. I dnt think he liked freeser milk. Freshly pumped milk, he did drink a little but would come off and gasp for air.

Is the bottle warm enough? Or you could try at different temperatures, some babies are happy with cool milk, or some at room temp.
Also only thing I can think of is congestion, if he's not got clear airways then he might still have milk in his mouth after stopping. And the bottle is a different type of sucking motion so might be harder to swallow at a steady pace.
