Got covid, feel rubbish, what can I take?

Tested positive yesterday, my back and head are so painful have been taking lemsips and ibuprofen alternately and nothing is helping. Is there anything else I can take?

You can take ibuprofen and paracetamol at the same time, but do not take ibuprofen with similar painkillers like aspirin or naproxen.
Take vitamin tablets and drink lots of liquids. I found herbal tea soothing. Cold flannels helped my headache and hot heat pads or hot water bottles helped my back.

I have just had covid and was positive for 12 days unfortunately there is nothing apart from paracetamol and ibuprofen my doctor told me it has to run it’s course now just left with a phlegmy cough and tightness in chest on and off but apparently this will get better
