What album cover / group is this? Driving me mad!

I remember this from my teens so late 70’s / 80’s.

The album cover had a orchestra on the front but all the musicians had white masks on (they were dressed as though they were Elizabethan)

I remember feeling really creeped out by it for some reason. I’ve tried to find out what it could have been but drawn a blank.

Any ideas please?
