I sell a few handmade items online and to friends and colleagues.
I made an order for a former colleague and informed them it was ready at the beginning of December.
They still have not collected it, despite saying they would come a particular day after the second reminder.
I have offered to deliver or meet up halfway.
How long would you say to leave it before offering them at a reduced price to others ( they will see this online) .
I am aware they are off work with stress and support has been offered, but if they don't want the items how hard is it just to say so!
Items are actually for their child.
