How are your resolutions doing?

Mine were:

Don't buy anything unnecessary - am finding I can justify some things where I shouldn't but definitely working as a principle

Try to pay to mortgage (I mean extra pennies not thousands) - paid £50 rather than buying a jumper, felt good, saved 5p a month 😂

Don't swear - badly. Am potty mouthed

Put yourself first constructively / avoid pattern based emotional responses - very hard, building on therapy I've had, managed to recover a situation so it's a work in progress

Dry January - going strong so far. Albeit I'm bloody grumpy about it Grin

Dry January going well.

weight loss not so much. Still using up Christmas food though so maybe not until after that.

Oh yes, I joined the thread for DJ.
I feel like it's the wrong time of year for weight loss - freezing and loads of junk still lying around! Well done for even considering it

Damp January going as expected - I had a glass of wine last night but not half a bottle and didn't drink on a school night at all.

My resolution to more firmly ring fence my non working hours (in theory I don't work Friday afternoons. I'm not paid for it but usually do a couple of hours anyway 🙄) is not going fantastically - I worked an hour over - but not terribly either.

Oh that's a good one LB work life balance and boundaries
