I had an email from them today but is it just me or has their quality really declined in the last several years?

The kids clothes are still fine for the most part (though I roll my eyes at their "Concious" collection as they're anything but!) but I swear the women's stuff is not as good as it used to be. I'm sure they used to produce proper wool jumpers for example, but not everything is acrylic.

I may have been lucky and generally only look at their womens clothes, but considering their price point, I think they're one of the few cheaper stores that hasn't gone downhill quality wise.

I got a Xmas jumper from there and it was so lovely I want to wear it every day. Really soft, fits perfectly and washes well. I am desperately looking for a non festive version!

I think most of what M wears looks very elegant. H is a bit too relaxed for my liking, particularly for LA, though its better than tweed.

They do still sell wool jumpers, and had cashmere in their "premium" collection.
I love their women's sports wear and the items I have are almost as good as much more expensive branded items.
I also have lots of work trousers which wear well but aren't crazy priced.
Bought DS lots of their men's range as they have basics type items which he likes and the quality and ok. Not as cheap as they used to be though, DSs trousers were £35.
