Heathrow T5 - F&M hamperling or Plane Food Picnic?

We've got a 5 hour flight ahead of us (BA) economy so no food served. It's over lunch so I was looking at a Fortnums Hamperling or a Plane Food Picnic to take on board.

If you've tried both which would you recommend please?

Plane food picnic. I love them. When I was doing frequent business trips to Europe, I’d eat in the plane food restaurant, and order a picnic to have for dinner when I arrived. (Saved me going out again in the evening on my own)

(We have a lot of plane food insulated lunch bags now!)

Personally haven’t tried either but a friend who flies a lot always goes for plane food picnic and has recommended it if we ever need to get something.

Thank you. Thought it might be better than purchasing food and probably cheaper!
