Elevate Education - Coaching - Thoughts?

We've seen some of their webinars and been really impressed. I've just booked a diagnostic for my year 11 daughter in her GCSE year. Does anyone have any experience of the coaching they offer? Thanks.

My Y11 is very scornful of their webinar, luckily she knows Everything so she will be OK

My Y13 won't even entertain the idea of watching the webinar, he also knows Everything.

So instead, me and the dog are learning about how to pass our GCSES and A Levels.

Crap I share your pain but your post did make me laugh :) How did you and the dog find the webinar? I believe there was one about note taking today?

I saw that one this evening! I thought it was quite good actually as there's a real art to taking useful notes and learning. It's a helpful framework to know.

No experience beyond that but watching with interest! I hope it goes well for your DD @BrightGoldenHazeintheMeadow

TBH I found it a bit vacuous. I suspect Elevate are making an absolute fortune peddling this to parents worried their children will be 'left behind' etc. My DC simply need to listen to their teachers and fecking well apply themselves. They don't need an overpriced 'coach' telling them this stuff.

@BrightGoldenHazeintheMeadow did you hire them after the diagnostic? If yes, were they useful? I find it strange that they do not have a single Google review. Did they delete them? Very odd.
