Confidence @ work resource recommendations?

Hi everyone,

I've recently started a new role. It's a corporate management job and is a step up for me in a new company.

In this role, I'm going to be a lot more visible cross functionally than I was in my previous job and will also be required to do a lot more presenting to senior leaders as well as a wide audience of peers. This terrifies me!

I know my stuff, although almost always feel like I'm faking it till I make it (huge imposter syndrome), but I want to be able to help myself via books, podcasts, mindfulness techniques etc.

Is there anything you would recommend that has helped you in similar situations?

🙏🙏🙏

Try reading 'the confidence code' by Katty Kay and Claire Shipman, I've also seen 'reinforcements: how to get people to help you' recommended, and also there's an Amy adkins ted talk called '3 tips to boost your confidence'
