So I got high level of inflammation in my bowel to a faeces sample showing this!

Colonoscopy is clear, had biopsy waiting on results!

Had a lot of bloods tests, as hair falling out joint pain, skin is bad, - none stop constipation though-
Symptoms I had before was chronic diarrhoea 10-20 times a day!

Got a capsule endoscopy to look for small bowel crowns next Wednesday?

But can crohns cause constipation-
With a clear colonscopy- could possible be microscopic colitis

Anyone else got idea for constipation had 5 days of lactolose and. Still coming out in small balls, drinking 2 litres of orange juice a day!
I am diary intolerance yet Eating chocolate or double cream hasn't shifted it - that's worrying!

Doubt GP will give me emergency appointments

Poor you, that sounds rough! Hope you get a diagnosis and treatment soon and start to feel better - at least once you know what is going on you can start treatment. Crohn's can cause constipation yes. Have you tried suppositories to help you go? Strong black coffee? Squatting instead of sitting on loo?

I'd perhaps see if the GP (or even the prescribing nurse) would do a one off prescription for an enema kit, it isn't an uncommon solution and they do usually get the job done with brief suffering for long term gain. In general adding fibre in would be advisable (fybogelor or psyllium husks can be taken in tablet form with water) and I can also recommend Symprove.

I expect you can get one quite delivered easily via one of the online pharmacies.

Have you had your B12 checked recently? I only ask because although I've not had the issue of chronic constipation, I did have all the other symptoms you list plus the diarrhea issue for the best part of a year a few years ago before getting a diagnosis of coeliac disease, pernicious anaemia and a very low b12 level. I now have b12 injections every 3 months.
