Employers could sue unions over strike action?

I’ve just seen this on the news-apologies if there is another thread about it that I missed.

If this is implemented, which employers would be taking the legal action, eg if you work in a school, would it be the head teacher (who are also balloting for strike action, I believe), or the Academy heads if in an academy or the LA ? Who would count as the actual employer here?

Can you provide a link? It's a legal right to strike, so unlikely the direct employers can sue when staff exercise a legal right. Can imagine some other employers impacted by the strikes (ie staff can't get to work or take time off to look.after kids out of school) might try it. Unlikely tp be successful though. I hope!
