Dd has a kindle fire and a kids echo dot. We have a kids plus subscription and it says that includes access to audible content. She only seems to be able to access Aladdin and a small amount of short stories. I’ve rang them several times to try to get to the bottom of what I’m paying for but they are very pleasant but spectacularly unhelpful. Does anyone know where I’m going wrong ?
