I love the challenges of learning and I get a buzz when I get a high mark in an assignment/exam. Are there any jobs that would encompass this? I’m struggling to think of any…

What are your qualifications in? Why did you choose those areas?

Most jobs, once you progress beyond entry level, which require higher education involve constant learning and skill building. I’m a Company Secretary and constantly required to keep my knowledge of the law, indemnity, regulatory compliance, ESG, sanctions etc up to date - not to mention my understanding of our large global company, its acquisitions and transactions, group structures, shareholding structure; and the wider environment of the industry I work in.

No, this sort of work probably isn’t going to replicate academic study; but ultimately the skills you learn in education are precisely to prepare you for similar skills you’re going to need in your career.
