I’m starting this challenge in the new year. The goal is to walk 1,000 miles in 2023.
It works out at approx 20 miles per week and approx 3 miles per day.
Do you think this is doable? I have a dog who I walk every day anyway.
I think the most likely thing to stop me is getting covid/ cold/ flu. I had a lot of bugs over the autumn period. If I’m getting cold after cold after cold I’m not going to want to go out walking!
