What would look better here?

I have a 3 bed property with windows that are similar to the ones pictured. Black window frames in an otherwise white space. Neighbours can see right through the windows.

I want to get wooden blinds that are horizontal, not vertical. I’m really struggling with the colour. I think white blinds as black may be a bit overpowering? Any advice would help x

Sage green, or emerald green might look nice. Definitely not black. White or cream or grey if you must.

Definitely white. If you get horizontal blinds they keep the room light and bright. I have just bought white horizontal wooden after having the verticals like in the photo.

Do you think white clashes with the black frame? Or is that not noticeable?

the green is a lovely idea - we currently have a sage green roller blind in one of the bedrooms but it doesn’t really suit the space.
