Ideas please! 2 nights away within 1-2 hours of Essex- where to stay?

We're celebrating our 10 year anniversary in the spring so looking for somewhere to go for a weekend away. Ideally somewhere not too busy (so not London) and with some nice places to eat and drink. Happy to spend a bit for decent food as it's a special occasion.
Where would you go?

Southwold or Aldeburgh in Suffolk.

Cambridge?

Cambridge / Parker’s tavern and hotel ( think called the Cambridge arms)
norwich
aldeburgh ?

if you want posh country / pub type thing there’s the gunton arms near Norwich .
