I appreciate it might not be the correct thread but I find people on here very helpful.
If there are any tech savvy people here, I have a laptop I brought just under 10 years ago but I changed the password and forgot it. When I try log on it says 'insert last password used'. I have tried everything I know but no luck.
I need to get back into it without removing my pictures. Is this possible ?? Or any advise would be HUGELY appreciated!!!
