Just wondering, as Mumsnet has a worldwide user base, what A&E is like where you live.
I know the UK is having major problems while we here in Ireland have the second highest number ever on trolleys and chairs, awaiting treatment at A&E and the wait for an ambulance is dire. 
Is it better where you are ?
Is there any country doing well with its A&E / ambulance services ?
