Best self-help books / resources?

I recently posted on here about a first date and how I thought it went well but the guy then told me we had no spark. It attracted a lot of replies, many of which were telling me to work on my self-esteem and see a therapist etc.

I am planning on doing both and so just wondering what are the best self-help etc books / resources (e.g. YouTube channels, social media accounts) that I could use to help me start my self discovery journey? Resources that you felt really help changed your mindset?

Thanks in advance!

I’d highly recommend the book Authentic by Stephen Joseph, it explains the idea of authenticity and why it matters with some good exercises to help you on your way.

Place-marking.

My recommendation for these threads is always "The Bitch Rules" by Elizabeth Wurtzel. Don't be put off by the awful title; the advice contained in it is brilliant.
