I'm not receiving emails from Etsy, where are they going?

I've checked all my email folders, spam etc and they're not in there. I've checked my Etsy account and there's nothing amiss. My preferences are set so I should receive all emails but I'm not getting them. Do you know what might be going on?

I think you need to ask Etsy rather than Mumsnet.

Have you checked there isn't a typo in your email address?

I had the same. Can't find it.

Check your bin and filter for unread. For some reason legitimate emails randomly get sent to my bin unread at random from time to time. I can’t work it out.

Not in my bin or unread, I've checked all folders.

Email address hasn't changed so no reason for there to be an error.
