How do I get more energetic?

I feel tired and lazy all the time. Had my blood tested a couple of months ago but all fine. I just slob in the evenings and regret the mess the next morning. Had at least a week over Christmas of doing very little.

Are there supplements I should be taking? Some kind of morning yoga you swear by???

I swear by getting outside fur a walk everyday, even if it's only 10 mins. Sometimes it's 3 hours if I have time.

Also a daily 10 min blast of cleanings d tidying.

Going to the gym gives me energy even on days that I have to drag myself there!

Walk 10,000 steps daily. Every single day. If this seems hard then listen to podcasts or audiobooks while doing it.

I think it's about how you start your day, so 30mins walk or yoga would be a great idea. Yoga with Adrienne is really powerful and great, she's just started a 30day yoga plan you could do.
