car-buying online (cinch) - any experiences

Hi guys,
Has anyone bought a car from one of the online websites? How was it? Car we are looking at is on cinch, so particularly interested in experience of buying from them.
We are thinking of using the 14-day trial period to get our local garage to check it over.

I bought mine from Cinch. Just a £8k Ford fiesta so nothing wild. Found the process extremely smooth and seamless. My parents have had multiple cars from Cinch and strongly recommended them.

I bought mine from Cinch, it was a bit more expensive than from the local garage but not too bad. Ordering, delivery and aftercare was great. There was something cosmetic missing from the inside of the car, they reimbursed me for ordering a replacement with no quibbles (it didn't affect the functioning of the car at all so I was surprised). Its been great, just as described, the test drive period is fab (I think it was 7 days free returns and for the rest of the days up to 14 you had to pay a fee to return unless faulty but it was still no quibble).

I would buy from them again to be honest, the warranty also included garages around the country so that was good.

We nearly bought from Cinch when we got ds a used Fiesta. Ordered online, process seamless, they took the money, sent paperwork etc through email and everything was well done/ok.

But a couple of days after paying and well before delivery we found a better car locally (nicer colour🤦‍♀️and gadgets). We didn't tell them we had found another car, just that ds had changed his mind and we were still looking.

Their customer service for getting us a refund were very helpful and efficient. They kept us informed and emailed to check everything was returned ok. So while we haven't actually had a car with them, the customer service we experienced was good.

My car came from them and k did a part exchange. Absolutely no bother, guy that delivered new car and picked up mine was lovely. Called when he was en route and went through everything with me.

Mine is from Cinch, it was brilliant! Really easy to order, loads of emails keeping you informed every step of the way, quick and helpful customer service when you had a question and a lovely car turned up a few days later. Would definitely recommend.

Do not buy from Cinch. Nothing but hassle and grief. Very poor customer service when you ask them to sort out their mistakes. Nightmare
