Writing a Will - child with SEN

My DH and I want to get our Wills sorted. We have two children and one has additional needs. I need to ensure they are going to be ok once DH and I are dead. Is anyone in the same position? How did you plan for this? I have read that it will be best if my DC's inheritance is held in a trust? They are vulnerable and will struggle with money management. Can anyone recommend a good solicitor who is experienced in this area? Thank you.

Following as I fear this is an issue I will have one day.

one thing I have been thinking of - but have done no research - is putting into a pension for her as presumably that would give her an income later in life that she can’t spend at once.

Speak to a lawyer . A trust can be set up for the child and someone will manage it on their behalf
