I have had three viral infections, bacterial infection and a standard cold since end of October and woke up with a sore throat and yet another cough today.

I have a toddler which explains a lot but he hasn’t even started back at nursery yet and has been off for nearly three weeks so it’s actually not that this time.

I’m so fed up of feeling so run down and constantly feeling ill, do you have any tips that have worked for you?

Eat clean, lots of vegetables and good protein. And exercise. Oh and sleep.

All of the above. Also have a full blood test which will reveal any deficiencies. I was found to have bone marrow deficiency so had to up my intake of folic acid.

I really would not go taking a crapload of vitamins and supplements without a doctor's say so. Bloody expensive.

A good multivitamin might help. Ensure you have vitamin C and D on board. I used to get horrific chest infections after every cold. Always ended up on antibiotics. Since I’ve replaced my vitamin D (which was low) I’ve fought them off so much easier. Anecdotal I know... That and sleep. Hope you feel better soon.
