Does anyone else get obsessions (ok, obsessions is a bit far fetched, more like thinking about them a lot) with people you find attractive? It’s usually tv/film characters for me, but occasionally in RL too.
I don’t mean stalker level crazy and I would never act on it in real life. They never last long, thankfully, but it does make me wonder whether I’m normal or just odd.
Ever since I was a little girl, I always had to have someone I ‘fancied’ and would be thinking about them a lot of the time. I was the girl with floor to ceiling Robbie Williams posters. I had lots of boyfriends as a young teenager (not intimate), before I met my boyfriend who I then married, so it wasn’t as if I was filling an emotional gap.
I’ve turned into one of those sad bastards who’s seen the Poldark series 4 times as I was obsessed with Ross.
I’m married but have 0 romance in my marriage, so that obviously doesn’t help.
