DS (8) lost his dad (38) to cancer in June.
One of the last things he told his dad before he passed away was that he wanted to raise £3000 for the hospice that had cared and supported him in his last weeks of life.
After his dad passed he started his fundraising and smashed his target within weeks and managed to raise £3500. So proud of him.
He now wants to focus on raising the same again this year, in memory of his dad. I am all for helping him and I know how much it means to him, I also know its a great coping strategy for my son to come to terms with what has happened.
I just need fundraising ideas, things we can do, days we can arrange etc. I know with the cost of living peoples pursestrings are tighter than ever but we are planning on stretching it out for the whole year.
Please drop ideas for things we can do to raise the money, thank you!
