First day of 2023 and my autistic dd has had the meltdown from hell and told me to eff off ! Is anyone else having a lovely first day of 2023??

Sat at the kitchen table all on my own.He is still in bed I have a full sunday lunch cooked on the side wilting away and my dd has just gone to her friends..yep same shit different year! Seriously wonder why I bother ..Hope your day gets better

I had an email from the National lottery to say I had won a prize ! I thought it's probably only a tenner. Logged on and it's bloody £5 ffs!

Eldest dd home for Xmas & New Year. She tested positive for covid this morning after coughing & spluttering for the last few days

Yes - DS2 who has managed to get himself all around the country on public transport for the last two weeks can’t manage to get himself out of bed for a couple of nights away that I have planned. Flipping furious. Will be leaving shortly without him.

This would be me if my parents didn't leave nearby. So I am sat with them has buffet.

Been in hospital all day with my mam, suspected heart attack at first but now they are thinking bad chest infection. Been here hours, I haven't eaten anything since 9am and I have the headache from hell. Happy fucking New Year
