We have a a nightmare family in our block who seem to be have worked out how to disable the secure entry and communal hallway lights , I know it’s them as they flit between two houses and they’re literally just back and the hallway lights are off . They aren’t the type of people you can have a civil conversation with as I have already said to them about their pressing the communal buzzer in middle of night as one of them is out smoking all night like a yo yo . I’ve emailed the housing association but they are notoriously slow to respond and will be closed for now . Does anyone have any hacks on how to re enable the system I don’t enjoy trying to navigate the stairs in the dark or like having the secure entry thing off as already had randoms at door for some other neighbour
