New Year's resolution is to increase my flexibility.

Does anyone have any recommendations for free, short videos of yoga sessions?

Thank you 🙏

I really like Yoga With Adriene - she has loads, from under 10 mins to over an hour! I started during the pandemic and now do one every night.

Yep Yoga with Adriene on YouTube is great

I find Adrienne a bit basic. I like yoga with Kassandra

Yoga with Adrienne does 30 day programs for Jan so her new program for 2023 is called Center. It's free.

Thanks all!

I like Fightmaster. She was suggested to me by someone who loves Yoga and I've found her 30 course to be very good.

I love Sarah Beth Yoga, free on YouTube. Her 30 min strength and tone video has changed the shape of the top of my arms!

How's your German?
I love Mady Morrison, I don't speak German but I've done enough yoga to follow her videos anyway. Some are just visual, no words, so the language thing doesn't matter. I can't describe how relaxing her presentation is.

Same here.

I did Adriene for ages but she does talk far too much and started to annoy me and I wasn’t progressing.

Within a couple of weeks of doing yoga with Kassandra I was holding poses I couldn’t get to under Adriene’s instruction.

Fightmaster yoga is also good, but I really know if I’ve done a Lesley fightmaster yoga video. Sadly she died, but her vids are still on YouTube and someone is still doing new fightmaster yoga videos. I haven’t tried any as yet as I like Lesley.

Another vote for Adrien. Her videos are free, and last from around 12 mins to 30. She doesn't play music during (one of my hates) and I find her voice very relaxing.

If you are new to yoga then yoga with adriene on YouTube is a great place to start. She explains the positions really well and offers a lot of options depending on your ability. If you are experienced in yoga then she is probably a bit basic.

SpideyCraw · 31/12/2022 23:13

Another vote for Kassandra

Adriene is great for beginners and she usually does a 30 day programme for January which is a great way to get started.

I also now prefer Kassandra, and occasionally do Five Parks or Boho Beautiful sessions too.

Sarah Beth yoga on YouTube. You can sign up for emails and get sent a 7 day intro program for beginners. Loads of free videos on YouTube, beginners to advanced.
