This is my first thread so I hope I’ve put it in the right place! I’m pretty depressed about the state I’m in. I just can’t seem to to turn good intentions into habit-forming.
I’ve put on a kilogram over the last few weeks but have lost the motivation to exercise. I have stress incontinence and have seen two pelvic floor physios who both say there’s nothing wrong with me and I just need to do my kegels and yet I just can’t seem to remember to do them or make them part of my day. It shouldn’t be that hard: PE with Joe 3 times a week; 6 minutes of kegels a day; drink water so I’m not dehydrated all the time; floss. And yet I just can’t do it. Help! Are there any apps that will help motivate me and keep me on track?
