Just had an SGN engineer round about a neighbour reporting the smell of gas outside. He wanted to check the meter (understandable) and the water stopcock - why??
Happily he found no issues and I can see him working his way along the neighbours now, so hopefully he’ll get to the bottom of it. But if anyone can explain the water, it would satisfy my curiosity!
