What can I make besides a creamy pasta?
Does it freeze?

Have it on dark bread with a dollop of creme fraiche, delicious. But yeah, should be able to freeze it, at least I've frozen gravlax without issues so don't see why smoked salmon should be any different.

Yup, freezes just fine, portion it up first though.

Yes you can put it in the freezer.
Ideas to use it up:
Pasta
Scrambled eggs
Risotto
Pate
Quiche
Blinis

Just get a load of bagels and sit and eat it.

I’d buy some hollandaise (I can never make it right) and eat Eggs Royale for days

a spread to go on bread. equal parts cream cheese and salmon. zest of a lemon (juice optional) and black pepper. Delicious

I just used the last our mine with some scrambled eggs, hollandaise sauce and a couple of potato waffles.

Make a quiche for lunch and then just eat the rest with cream cheese bagels
