Nothing is getting through. So fed up of them. It's a nightmare.

yeah they’re useless. I’ve actually decided not to use Vinted anymore. I pay for things and then for 3/4 weeks I don’t have the money or the items and can’t get any information.

Was working really well before the post strikes. So to be fair I'm thinking it's Evri's fault.

Really? I've been using evri with no problems. Someone bought something off me on the 21st and chose evri. I did say that won't turn up before xmas if theyd intended it as a Xmas present. But they got it 3 days later. Yodel? Now they are slow.

Because of post strikes and also dpd having issues in some areas, evri are taking a lot more parcels. I think they are struggling with the numbers.

I am lucky to have no issues with any delivery companies in my area.

Been waiting for a jumper I bought for DS for xmas on 7 Dec. They are saying I have 2 days to query it from 7 Jan!

I've sold a lot of things over the last few weeks, sent via evri and they've all got delivered within 3 days max. However a driver delivering to me on the 23rd said that evri had cancelled all deliveries to my area after that day until the new year, so it must be regional. Either that or the delivery to door service is more affected than the drop off point to drop off point one.

I sent a pair of cashmere gloves I didn’t want via evri in November. Refunded the buyer a couple of weeks before Christmas - can I get my refund from evri ? No. Not a chance the system is so difficult yiu can’t speak to anyone.

of course when they thought they had a problem with me ( claimed I’d sent a 2.8 kg. Parcel at 1kg rates ) it was all emails and actual phone calls before they saw the photographic evidence from the delivery guy.

has anyone ever managed to get a refund from evri yet or do I just give up ?

Evri, InPost and Yodel are fine at the moment, I send 100s of things each week with very few problems. I think they've managed really well with Royal Mail strikes, Christmas and snow. Not sure why your parcels aren't arriving, could it be a local issue with your courier?
