Amazon prime film

Internet dipped out as I was ordering a film last night and was charged twice.
Does anyone know how to cancel the unwatched one? For the life of me I cannot see cancel purchase anywhere for films

I phoned them and they cancelled it for me. Hope they will for you too.

Yep, managed to find a number to call and they cancelled for me. Apparently phoning is the only way to get a refund.
