I don't think I see the bonus round until I've completed the daily game.

I thought I was playing the bonus round first and it took a little while to twig that the TARGET was displayed!

No idea what’s happened but it’s crapped it up. I didn’t get the game spoiled today by the bonus round thankfully (I’m still playing though) but my average guesses have gone, and I was so close to getting below 90.

I'm having the same problem, there's a bonus round "can you guess 10 words in the top 1000 for X" and it turns out X is the answer to the main game? Pointless!

Hopefully you’ll find that it’s sorted itself out tomorrow like mine did. Or mine will go crazy tomorrow again!

Sadly I once more got the target word straight up today. I feel really deprived of my Saturday game! I hope this glitch can be resolved or it’s the end for me and Semantle.

Oh, and even worse, the bonus game it’s spoiled me for isn’t even finding 12 more greens (which would at least give me some diversion). It’s anagrams of the target word. I hate anagrams.

@Doubleraspberry it's not anagrams of the whole word, it's more what smaller words are there in the letters e.g. the word DOMINEER you can get the following from it:
DOME
DEER
MINE
DINE
DIME
REED
etc....

I don’t like anagrams though! I find them really boring. They are no substitute.

They’ve also removed the information about closest words so there’s no way to get an idea before starting about the difficulty. I hadn’t realised before how much I liked that, and being able to gauge how close I was getting to green. (I am now doing junior which wasn’t spoiled today at least.)

I very much have my grumpy pants on here.

I was getting nowhere for most of that then finally got 484.

Luckily I've only got bonus rounds after I've finished. But now don't see the stats around nearest word.

It's showing me the TARGET again!

I found this morning I had to load the page and refresh immediately- I squinted so could see it initially loaded up with the bonus round but then disappeared. So annoying.

Took two hints from 994 (200 guesses after getting that!)
Turns out to be nothing like 994
