@ApolloandDaphne It ends in the same 5 letters as 995, also on 995 move the third letter to the start so letters 1 and 2 become 2 and 3 then add three other letters after them

I'm in a similar hole but without either of the 990s that there are clues for.
I'm guessing from all the letter swapping clues it's not a straightforward synonym

I took a hint for 999 and got it from that.
Why is it so easy to get 990s but so infuriating to get TARGET?
