Does anyone remember the words to this prayer?

I went to a Catholic school and every morning and afternoon we had to recite a prayer. I was talking about it with OH and couldn't remember anything past the first couple of lines. I tried to goggle it to find the whole thing only to find no trace of it online. So I'm posting here on the off chance someone else remembers it!

Father God,
Help us in our work each day,
Give us concentration so that we may listen,
And understanding so that we may learn,

...And that's all I remember of it. I'm sure there are 2-3 lines more but I'm drawing a total blank. I do remember thinking the last lines rhythm was slightly odd and didn't flow very well but that's about everything I recall about it.

Didn't go to Catholic school, but a quick google search comes up with this:

Father God, help us in our work each day. Give us concentration so that we may listen, understanding that we may learn, and peaceful minds so that we may remember
In Jesus’ name.
Amen

I did find that version while looking, but there was another 3-4 lines in the version we used and that last one wasn't one of them.

No idea but this got me thinking about the prayers we used to say.

Thank you for the world so sweet
Thank you for the food we eat
Thank you for the birds that sing
Thank you God for everything
Amen
