London parking recommendations

Evening all.
We’re looking to have a few days in London in February. Usually I’d go by train as we’re travelling from Lancashire however I’m not keen to book and pay for tickets if there is going to be a strike. (Fully in support of the strikes btw)

So, now I’m thinking of driving to outskirts of London then getting the tube to somewhere central.

Does anyone have any recommendations for
safe parking or failing that, a Premier Inn with parking close to a tube station.
Thanks.

Can anyone recommend a Premier Inn close to a tube station. As a child I stayed in one opposite Redbridge tube station but it seems it’s now closed.

We usually park at the National Theatre carpark, and stay at the Premier Inn near Waterloo or Southwark. Last time we stayed at the Tower Bridge Travelodge which was also very convenient

There is one in Edgware, nearer to the M1. Not sure about parking, did not look when I went past there (gave blood locally to there last year).

For parking I recommend Just Park. You can book in advance so you are comfortable that it's sorted.

I have booked the National theatre car park through it too.

This one has parking but you have to pay.

Whetstone has a Travelodge and is just a few minutes walk to Totteridge and Whetstone tube station the penultimate stop on High Barnet branch of Nortern Line

Try Snaresbrook travel lodge, it’s close to the tube station, zone 4.
