Mine is a pair of running shorts, they will be so useful.

DD’s is a remote control poo 😂(I quite like it too).

Neils Yard rose facial oil, sleep bath gel and sleep body cream.

RainbowToes · 28/12/2022 22:48

Pyjamas, one set from a friend, the other chosen by DD.

BerryPieandCustard · 28/12/2022 22:52

White Company dressing gown. It is what I imagine being wrapped up in a cloud (or possibly sheep 🐑) would be like!

I assume it was quite a bit more money than what I would have paid for a dressing gown so I’m very grateful to the gift giver, I swoosh about imagining I’m at some kind of spa!

CoodleMoodle · 28/12/2022 23:17

Weighted blanket and Tile tracker (for my headphones, which I misplace daily) are my favourites, along with the book from DD and jigsaw from DS. They picked them themselves and were so excited to give them to me, so they're extra special.

DD loved her huge lion soft toy, and DS loved his Hot Wheels Gorilla the best.

dontgobaconmyheart · 29/12/2022 01:25

An antique oil painting from DP (pointed out in a shop ages ago), and some beautiful coffee table books I'd also been looking at for a while but probably wouldn't have treated myself to.

He also bought me a mini chopper food processor thing (I asked for one, I have mobility issues with my hands so food prep can be frustrating). I'm unduly excited about it and keep testing it out in the kitchen with no real purpose or direction. The fridge is now full of glass tupperware pots full of shredded and chopped things, I'm going to have to come up with ways to use it all. Goes without saying that I need to get out more.

Lodge cast iron skillet - I'm in love

ThereIsATInWater · 29/12/2022 12:25

Blanket/throw my DC bought for me.

Saw it in a little shop on holiday.
Shop has no website, so a bit of effort was involved.

Fifthtimelucky · 29/12/2022 12:40

Sheepskin hat (from husband, but bought by me and given to him to wrap)

Picture of a robin beautifully hand-embroidered by my daughter (apparently I was supposed to get it last year but she didn't finish it in time)!

inkblink · 29/12/2022 12:47

My 11 year old bought me a new duvet cover that she saved up for. (I'd suggested a mug when she asked me, but she knows I love bed linen). Its the wrong size but I managed to squeeze the duvet in. It makes my heart swell every time I get into bed!

Redlorryyellowlorryblue · 29/12/2022 13:29

A onesie. It’s like wearing a hug.

IHeartGeneHunt · 29/12/2022 13:30

Giorgio Beverley Hills perfume

MaryJean87 · 29/12/2022 13:31

A calendar of actor I fancy. Wand vibrator, snow fairy perfume.

SnowAndIceLobelia · 29/12/2022 13:33

Both my presents were amazing. Chanel no 5 and some navy blue velvet gloves. I am really thrilled with them.

I did however buy myself some Moissanite stud earrings for my own christmas/birthday (next week) which should arrive this week and I am very excited about them.

Knobblykneeshairytoes · 29/12/2022 13:33

A new kindle as my old one has had it. I'm over the moon, my escapism and mindfulness all in one

MeMyBooksAndMyCats · 29/12/2022 13:38

My kindle. Smile

Not had a chance to really use it yet though DC are bouncing off the walls this holiday.

ImprobablePuffin · 29/12/2022 14:29

I got an Oodie which I'm thrilled with and a calligraphy set as it's something I want to learn. I also got a new Jimmy Choo perfume.

sleepyfelines · 29/12/2022 14:52

Eeyore hoody - designed as lounge wear rather than clothes for leaving the house. One size fits all so baggy. Cosiest material I've ever worn.

Wore it to my BIL's on Christmas evening as I was exhausted from hosting all day but still wanted to see my niece and nephew- thankfully everyone was wearing similarly pj tops!

Jericha · 29/12/2022 14:59

Bright pink coat
Cuff earrings
Pathologist memoirs

I bought the above for myself Blush I knew it would be slim pickings this Christmas from others!

PinotPony · 29/12/2022 17:59

Oodie
Doxy wand attachment

I'm staying warm! 😂

woodhill · 29/12/2022 18:05

I mainly got cash and vouchers so it's lovely treating myself in the sales

I did get some Clarins and Clinique body cream which is my favourite

woodhill · 29/12/2022 18:42

And a photo album of my dc and my Dgc which was wonderful
