I posted a few days ago about an external pile that I have…. Except I’m now wondering if it is actually a Perianal haematoma.
I’ve been using Scheriproct for a week or so, and other OTC creams before that. Neither have made any difference at all. It isn’t particularly sore, more mild discomfort if the area is stretched, such as by bending down etc. It doesn’t bleed and isn’t sore to touch.
I’m wondering of it is in fact a haematoma.
has anyone had any experience of these? I’ve read that they usually resolve on their own but can take a few weeks.
