Looking for some advice please…
Having previously been at a gym with a personal trainer, I’m looking to re-start in the new year. The gym my PT works at has a new membership and I’m wonder if there is any benefit between that and having regular PT sessions (1-2 times per week) and using the gym in between. Looking for pros and cons of the below options and whether I would gain more from one or another.
- Attending gym 4 times per week on average (including 1-2 PT sessions per week).
- New membership option - unlimited gym, classes, 1 PT per month, personalised workout plans with monthly adjustments as required and 1 monthly workshop on nutrition, exercise, etc.
