Best creams for dry and itchy skin.

I've tried everything!!! My skin for a while now has been soooo itchy and dry and flakey and I've noticed like brown dry skin patches. No cream seems to help. Any suggestions??

Please get the brown skin patches checked- they can be a symptom of undiagnosed/ untreated diabetes.
Once done, the Vaseline range is excellent.

Firstly - get a diagnosis

Secondly - get rid of your shower gel. Only wash with either real soap or emollient that you can wash with like Epaderm.

Paraffin 50:50 ointment is the hard core option for dry skin. Not in any way luxe or attractive but it absolutely works.

Zeroderm ointment. Works as a moisturiser, a cleanser and is nowhere near as expensive as 90% of the market.
