No New Year’s resolution for me, but instead…

I am sick of making New Year’s resolutions and not sticking to them, only to find myself stressed and disappointed!

Instead, I am writing a list of things I’d like to achieve throughout the year, or things I already do but would like to get better at.

Are you making a New Year’s resolution, if so, what is it, and if not, what would make your list of things to achieve in 2023?

I’d like to just be consistent with small habits. So I don’t want to say “lose x number of pounds” but I’m aiming to be consistent with the following small, achievable tasks everyday:

  • take vitamins
  • drinks 2l of water (I have a 1l water bottle so easy to track)
  • do 30 squats and 30 press ups
  • do some form of cardio, even if just for 10 mins
  • practice my balance by standing on one leg when I brush my teeth
  • blast of cold water at the end of each shower
  • floss my teeth

Looks a lot but should be achievable!

What are the things you’d like to achieve OP?

Those all sound achievable!

I would like to add to my list but..

Read a book each month
Walk for at least 10 minutes on my lunch break at work
Take lunch to work more instead of buying it
Drink 2 litres of water every day
