Ring doorbell help please.

Some good savings on these at the mo, but I'm not sure which one to get?
Which one do you have, and so you recommend?

Had a Ring Doorbell 2 USB charge version. Was great whilst it was working, but after about 18 months battery has dies, so now bin worthy.
