We're just in from Panto & I had a BLAST with the girls

Dd2 understood the jokes that previously went over their heads & the musical numbers were similar to what dd1 and I play in the kitchen while cooking...sort of a "kitchen disco" 🤣

Brilliant night & now I'm ready for bed <yawn>

Onto is a favorite part of Christmas for us. Six dc age range from 14 to 22.
We've been going for years and it never changes. No matter what the story is they do the scary ghost in the forest and the twelve days of Christmas that goes horribly deliberately wrong
Five gold rings becomes five toilet rolls, swung about on a piece of string which breaks sending loo rolls into the audience. Over many years audience have begun bringing their own loo rolls which get thrown back to and from the stage.
Absolutely ridiculous but it leaves everyone in gales of laughter.
