What would you buy?

We still have gift vouchers left from our wedding a year and a half ago and I'm determined to use them this week in the sale!

Erring towards this Ninja pan

Maybe a dinner set 🤔

I think I've put off because I'm not a spender and all their stuff is very spendy!

I'd buy some lovely new towels and sheets.

(I'd actually try and persuade my husband to let me spend it in the beauty section!!)

cantsing · 26/12/2022 20:42

Towels
Saucepans
Knife

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 26/12/2022 20:43

Denby dinner set

Or a load of new towels; maybe some bedding.

blipclip · 26/12/2022 20:43

Don't buy anything you can't take away there and then. Their delivery service is a nightmare. They outsource it to dpd or dhl and then wash their hands of any problems. Look at Trustpilot reviews

fucketyfuckwit · 26/12/2022 20:43

Ooh I'm following this one. I have £200 worth of vouchers to spend and it's my birthday soon when I will be given more.

I've been looking at a nice bean to cup coffee machine.

clementinejuiceforxmas · 26/12/2022 20:44

Le Creuset, bedding, or a bean to cup machine

Findyourneutralspace · 26/12/2022 20:44

Lovely bedding. I was in this position two years ago and still love my bedding every night when I get in!

yomellamoHelly · 26/12/2022 20:45

Currently a Hue lamp

thefiddlerselbow · 26/12/2022 20:45

Do you have any electrical items that will need updating soon?

Actually I think I'd buy a Kitchen Aid mixer... and perfume!

Beecham · 26/12/2022 20:46

Posh table lamps
Expensive bed linen
Item of furniture

kegofcoffee · 26/12/2022 20:48

I'd probably go with coffee machine or Kmix mixer.

If there aren't any small appliances you want/need. Then 100% nice bedding and towels, they are such a lovely luxury.

emmathedilemma · 26/12/2022 20:49

Bedding and kitchen knifes (because that’s what I need!)

thismeansnothing · 26/12/2022 20:49

A decent pan set that is dishwasher and oven safe. Tbh that would be most of it gone.

Also nice wine glasses.

PermanentTemporary · 26/12/2022 20:51

Lingerie.

If not, sharp knives.

Bedding might be a good call - can you recommend any sets? 🤩

I used to work near the Oxford St one. I got a Joseph & Joseph silicon loo brush there and in a small way It has changed my life! Went back and got two more with a voucher my work gave me.

And I'd probably spend the rest on the Lego floor. Or the cheese counter.

But yes - bedding - sensible.

Workyticket · 26/12/2022 20:54

Should have said - we don't need any electricals. I'd love a bean to cup machine but we don't have the bench space and, if I'm honest we make 2 coffees a day at home as we're out all day

Oh no - was banking on delivery as our nearest shop is miles away 😢

I agree with smart bed linen, a lovely luxury! Though that pan does look good.

Have you got a Waitrose anywhere near you? I do click and collect to Waitrose, always seems to work well.

CoralMist · 26/12/2022 21:00

Household appliance to make life easier E.g. robot hoover. They have good guarantees, accidental cover. Do the vouchers expire? Otherwise wouldn’t rush to use them. There will be something you need at some point e.g. furniture item, appliance or practical household stuff. Also, remember you can use them in Waitrose.

Workyticket · 26/12/2022 21:05

No waitrose either (nearest 1 is half an hour away and a chew on to get to)

We have a robot hoover. We've had the vouchers a year and a half. Pretty sure they're only valid for 2 years so we really do need to spend them

Is posh bedding really that much better? We have a decent duvet but our current covers are Wilko / ASDA

Hesleepswiththefishes · 26/12/2022 21:07

A bbq?

Whycanineverever · 26/12/2022 21:10

Not exciting but I love my oxo pop tubs for storing dried goods.

byebye2022 · 26/12/2022 21:27

A gas pizza oven, but only as I have wanted one for ages!
