Bubble and Squeak Boxing Day

Just had my annual boxing day bubble and squeak:
Roast potatoes, roast parsnips, shredded Brussels, turkey, stuffing, drizzle of gravy, black pepper, lashings of Worcester sauce all stir fried until really hot. Delicious. What are you bubble and squeak recipes?

Yum, my favourite part of Christmas leftovers! I do the same as you but flatten in a frying pan with butter and oil and fry on each side until crispy - leftover meat and pickles to accompany it!

I do boiled potatoes and any leftover veg and more butter than is healthy and fry it off. Yum. Best part of Christmas for me. With pickled onions and cold meat.

@LeoTimmyandVi I do the same but with a fried egg on top. Delicious!

For my breakfast I reheated two chicken sausage rolls in my air fryer so they were perfect and ate them with a cuppa and brown sauce closely followed by an (reheated in same air fryer) Aldi sloe gin mince pie with double cream and I am now contemplating a dish of trifle for afters.
