bored, teetotal, bedbound drinking wine

had a fantastic Christmas, but over did it a bit physically and am bed bound again for a few days. I am not well and have been bed bound repeatedly for months. I have already watched the whole of Motherland and In the line of duty. SO I decided to drink some wine. No particular reason, other than I haven't had any alcohol for years, so it seemed like something to do.

No affects yet.

Do you have a medical diagnosis to account for how you feel?
I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, could probably cope with one if I didn’t have the other but the two together just wipe me out. Crashed out on sofa this afternoon. We quite impressed I made it until lunch time Boxing Day.

Are you ok? Bed bound because you can't physically move? Or a chronic condition sounds hard.

sorry I should have been more specific. |Bed bound on and off becasue I have cancer, and cancer surgery and cancer treatment. I had a lovley day yesterday, but i was up too much, now have a few issues, and have been told tolie with my feet up for a few days

If you do get out of bed (for a pee) be v careful.
The vino collapso will soon kick in Wine and go straight from your feet to your head.

will do, thank you

I dont know if I feel very different, really - I do feel very cosy and sleepy, which is an improvement on feeling annoyed and bored

well, I feel less bored and more comfortable, but I am not scoring very highly on candy crush.

I did think the first alcohol I've had in several years might affect me more, so slightly relieved, and slightly disappointed
