Apple Watch series 8. Thinking of buying one but which size? Please will you show me photos of how big or how small both sizes are on your wrist, or just recommend?

Sorry for the long title.
I went into Currys and they wouldn’t allow me to try them on for size. I mean, I’m 56! Not likely to leg it out of the store with one.
So please can you show me yours to make a bit more of an informed decision on size.

If you have an Apple Store near by they will let you try on different bands and different sizes
